THE FOUNDATION: DIGITAL TWIN SETUP ($350)

Mandatory for new campaigns. This fee covers the high-fidelity Modelling, Texturing, UV Mapping, and Rigging for up to 2 distinct product models within a single video project (e.g., A Bottle + A Box) to ensure your product is animation-ready for any future virtual set or simulation.

Note: If your project requires more than 2 unique product shapes, an additional setup fee applies per extra model.

VIDEO PRODUCTION

Basic ($349): Cinematic Loop, Studio/Virtual Set, Text Overlay. (Same as Tier 1).
Standard ($899): Physics Simulations, Fluid Dynamics, 3 Cuts. (Same as Tier 2).

Q1. What exactly is the "Digital Twin" fee?

Ans:- Think of the Digital Twin as the 'Master Mould' of your product. It is the process where we manually model, texture, and shader-map your physical product into a photorealistic 3D asset. We charge this one time. Once built, we can generate infinite videos and photos from it without ever rebuilding the model.

Q2. I have 3 different flavours (SKUs). Do I need 3 Digital Twins?

Ans:- Not necessarily, If the shape of the bottle is the same and only the label changes, you pay for 1 Digital Twin (which actually covers up to 2 distinct shapes in your first order). For the other flavours, you skip the modelling fee entirely. You simply enter your Project ID in our existing portal and order the specific assets you need (Video, PNGs, or AR) for those new SKUs. You only pay for the final deliverables.

Q3. I have a Project ID. When do I pay for a Digital Twin?

Ans:- You only pay the Digital Twin fee ($350) if you are introducing a physically new product (new shape, new cap, new box). If you are just ordering a new video for a product we have already modelled, or adding a 'Label Swap' for a new flavour on the same bottle, you skip the modelling fee entirely.

Q4. What is the difference between Standard and Creative PNGs?

Ans:- Standard PNGs are clean, static shots (Front, Back, Side, Top) meant for catalog listings. Creative PNGs are 'Action Stills'—think of your bottle splashing into water, or floating with ingredients. These come with transparent backgrounds so you can drop them into Canva designs.

Q5. What are "Virtual Sets ?

Ans:- Instead of a plain solid colour background, we place your product inside a full 3D environment—like a sunny kitchen counter, a mossy rock, or a futuristic podium.
Tier 1 gets access to our Basic Set Library.
Tier 2 gets access to our Premium Set Library.

Q6. How do revisions work?

Ans:- We prioritize getting it right. All tiers include 2 Rounds of Revisions.
Round 1: Structural changes (Camera angles, lighting mood).
Round 2: Fine-tuning (Colour correction, speed adjustments).
Note: Changing the project scope after production starts is billed as a new requirement.

Q7. Can I upgrade to AR later?

Ans:- Absolutely. Since we hold your Digital Twin in our vault, you can come back in 6 months and order an AR file, a holiday-themed video, or a new set of photos using your Project ID. You will never pay the modelling fee again.

Q8. Can I purchase the source files (.blend)?

Ans:- We can release the master 3D file of your Product Model (The Digital Twin) for an additional release fee. However, our Virtual Set environments and proprietary lighting setups remain the intellectual property of Motion Grace and are not included in any source file handover.

Q9. How does payment work?

Ans:- We operate on a milestone basis to protect both parties.
1) Deposit ($449): Secures your slot and begins the Digital Twin production.
2) Preview: We send you watermarked renders for approval.
3) Final Balance: Paid before the delivery of high-resolution, unwatermarked assets.

Q10. What files will I receive?

Ans:- You receive universal, future-proof formats. Video: 4K MP4 (H.264) optimized for Instagram/TikTok/Web. Images: High-Res PNGs (Transparent background) or JPEGs (Styled background).
AR (Tier 2+): Optimized .GLB and .USDZ files ready for Shopify, Wix, and iOS.

Q11. I need daily social media content. Is CGI too expensive for that?

Ans:- It doesn't have to be. We recommend the 'Asset Pack' strategy: Order a Tier 1 package to get your Digital Twin and 20 high-res transparent PNGs. You can then upload these PNGs to free tools like Canva to create unlimited daily posts, memes, and stories yourself, saving your budget for our high-end 'Hero' commercials.
